Terms of Free Fly Membership

1. Primary member from Qualified TAC Account must opt in at the point of sale by signing and dating this Sales Offer Agreement.
2. Eligible participants must be listed on TAC membership. Fly Membership provides 1-hour daily jump access for 1 person TAC membership.
3. Fly Membership can be upgraded to 2-hour daily jump access for $10/person/month fee. This upgrade will require the parent/guardian to provide a credit or debit card to pay the future monthly charges.
4. Fly Membership is valid for 1 year from date of enrollment of Qualified TAC Account.
5. A valid waiver must be completed for each dependent or child prior to the establishment of their Fly Trampoline Park Membership. Waivers can be filled out online at flytrampolinepark.com or in person at Fly Trampoline Park facility.
6. Parent/Guardian and Fly Trampoline Park member agree to abide by the rules of Fly Trampoline Park while in attendance at the facility. Rules can be found on our website at flytrampolinepark.com and may also be found posted at the facility. Failure to follow posted rules or the instructions of Fly Trampoline employees may result in termination of the Fly Trampoline Park membership, solely at the discretion of Fly Trampoline Park.
7. Fly Membership will be canceled if the Qualified TAC Account is: a) voluntarily inactivated, b) cancelled, or c) is not in good standing due to failure to pay.
8. Free Fly Membership will require a valid credit card be provided to activate. At the expiration of the 12 months of free membership, I understand that Fly Membership will be charged to my credit card at the standard membership rate (currently $24.95 for 1 hour/jump time/day or $29.95 for 2 hour/jump time/day). I understand that the Fly Membership will not automatically terminate after the initial 12-month period. If notice of termination is not provided to Fly Trampoline Park within the first 12 months, my credit card will be charged beginning on the 13^th month and will continue until notice of termination is provided in accordance with Fly Trampoline Park’s membership agreement terms and conditions. At any time during the initial 12 months of the Fly membership, I may choose to cancel this membership.
